How to orient your customers to the nearest store, using Email Studio & Content Builder 


Have you ever gone to your favourite store only to discover that it had moved? Often, the store relocates, but it stays in the same area. However, you could not guess that since no communication on the new address was shared via email, SMS, or even social media.

We will see how to take care of your customers by giving them the right information and guaranteeing an enjoyable shopping experience.

You can email the store address closest to their home. To do this, we will need:

1- A Data extension sendable with customer information (email, first name, address and StoreAddress)

1- Here is the Sendable data extension for sending emails to the customer

 

This is the code that will appear in your email, along with the store address that is closest to the customer:

             

Dear %%Firstname%%

<br>Thank you for returning your item in its original condition to the nearest store.
